2019 Senate Bill 468

House Roll Call 8: Passed

To establish rules for placing a foster child in a “qualified residential treatment program,” or in a foster home, which would include standards for assessments, goals and more. This is part of a legislative package comprised of Senate Bills 466 to 469, and Senate Bill 539, that among other things are intended to align Michigan rules and procedures with new federal regulations.
