To require that instructions printed on a ballot secrecy sleeves direct voters to darken a box on the ballot rather than complete an arrow, and also indicate that there may be more than two party ballots to choose from in a primary election. Also, to require the Board of State Canvassers or a county board of election commissioners to notify a public officer of a recall petition within three business days, rather than 24 hours after receiving the petition.
