To require the Department of Consumer and Industry Services to examine the need for and promote rules to require prescription forms for Schedule 2 controlled substances on paper which minimizes the possibility of forgery, is compatible with a proposed electronic monitoring system, is not produced by the state, and does not use bar codes, sequential numbered forms, etc.
