To create a Flint Settlement Trust Fund to hold money used to resolve and settle claims for the Flint water contamination litigation, and establish as “the intent of the legislature” appropriating $35 million for it annually through the 2050-51 fiscal year. This and Senate Bill 1251 enact provisions of a $600 million settlement agreement.
