2018 Senate Bill 1108: Keep spending on corporate and developer subsidies

To extend for another four years (from 2020 through 2023) an earmark of $75 million in tobacco lawsuit settlement money to the state corporate and developer subsidy program called the “21st century jobs fund.” Under the terms of the 1998 settlement of a lawsuit filed by states against tobacco makers, states can spend this money on whatever they want.
