To repeal restrictions on hunting or collecting frogs for non-commercial purposes. The repealed provisions make it illegal to take or kill any species of frogs from November 16 until the Friday before black bass season opens the following year, and or spearing frogs at any time at light using lanterns. See also House Bill 5200, which bans catching frogs for commercial purposes.
