To add the Cylindro, Fanwort, Starry Stonewort, Nutria, Eurasian Ruffe, Round Goby, Tubenose Goby, Eurasian Collared Dove, Rusty Crayfish Giant African Snail, Giant Pond Snail, Quagga Mussel, Zebra Mussel and five species of snail to a list of banned species in a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2005-SB-213">law</a> banning their introduction into the state, and also authorize adding crustaceans and birds to be named later to the ban list.
