House Roll Call 17 on
2013 Senate Bill 255: Clarify building code standards on fireworks sellers

To clarify that state building code standards, not a National Fire Protection Association standard, would apply to a permanent building or structure used to sell fireworks, notwithstanding provisions in a 2011 fireworks law that regulated rather than banned the sale of many “consumer fireworks” (including firecrackers, bottle rockets, Roman candles, etc.).
