Also, to repeal the ban on Sunday morning (and Christmas) liquor sales if a store pays extra for a license; authorize liquor licenses for conference and meeting facilities owned by Henry Ford and Washtenaw Community Colleges, and by Western Michigan University in Grand Rapids; let restaurants provide alcohol at catered offsite events; and authorize liquor licenses for certain continuing care nursing homes.
