The Senate version of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2007-2008 Strategic Fund budget. This appropriates $164.3 million in gross spending. Of this, $28.1 million will come from the General Fund, and $75 million from tobacco lawsuit settlement revenue, which would be used for the “<a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2005-HB-5047">21st Century Jobs Fund</a>”) business subsidy program.
