To expand the types of projects and loan recipients eligible under the small business pollution prevention assistance revolving loan fund, and raise the maximum loan amount from $50,000 to $150,000. The bill would revise the definition of "small business" to include firms with up to 500 employees, rather than 100 as under current law. See Senate Bill 723.
