2019 Senate Bill 75

Senate Roll Call 556: Passed

To revise the state identification card issuance law to accommodate the crime victim address confidentiality program proposed by Senate Bill 70. This proposes that the state Attorney General give victims a “designated address” to which mail could be sent and then forwarded to the individual’s actual location. Under this bill the designated address would be the one that appears on a drivers license.
