2020 Senate Bill 1186: Suspend government business restrictions on electronic signatures

To suspend until July 1, 2021 a law that requires the state Department of Technology, Management and Budget to prescribe rules for allowing state departments to send and accept electronic records and electronic signatures. This means departments could do this without that approval until the end of 2020.
