To revise the law that restricts the number of felony and misdemeanor convictions that may be expunged from a person's record, so as to allow several to be expunged where they were part of a single incident. This would not apply to assaultive crimes, dangerous weapon crimes and crimes punishable by 10 or more years in prison.
