2018 House Bill 5942: Criminalize making threat against a school

To make intentionally threatening violence against a school or students a crime subject to a year in prison and a $1,000 fine, and increase this to 10 years and $10,000 if an individual undertakes “any overt act toward carrying out” the threat.
