2013 House Bill 4715: Ban felons having ammo

To expand current prohibitions on convicted felons having a gun for three to five years after all their fines are paid and sentences served, so that their possession of ammunition is also banned. The gun ban applies to individuals convicted of a crime punishable by four years or more.
