Amendment offered by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer on November 13, 2013
To increase the number of physicians who would be appointed to a proposed "task force" that would make recommendations on the allowable "scope of practice" for advanced practice registered nurses.
The amendment passed 20 to 18 in the Senate on November 13, 2013.
