To adjourn for the day, with the sponsor arguing that if the body doesn't have time to consider right-to-work then it doesn't have time to consider the next scheduled bill, a Ducks Unlimited fundraising license plate.
The motion failed 11 to 26 in the Senate on March 14, 2013.
