2011 House Bill 4410: Close four-year welfare cap loopholes

To revise details of the types of welfare recipients exempt from work and study requirements. Among those no longer exempt would be 19 year olds who go to high school. The House and Senate Fiscal Agencies estimate that this and House Bill 4409 would save the state around $60 million annually.
