2010 Senate Bill 1486: Increase tattoo parlor fees and regulations

To increase the tattoo parlor license fee from $100 per year to $500 per year. The bill would also require parlors to maintain a bloodborne infectious disease exposure control plan with employee training, increase health department enforcement authority and penalties for license violations, and require parental consent for a minor to obtain a tattoo or piercing.
