To require county medical examiners to use fingerprints, dental records, DNA, or other definitive identification procedures to verify the identification of accident victims in cases where there are two victims with similar physical characteristics. Also, to require the physician who certifies the deaths or is otherwise aware of the circumstances to notify the county medical examiner of this circumstance.
