2021 Senate Bill 304

Senate Roll Call 372: Passed

To revise details of the process for allowing a person who has no identification to vote a “provisional” ballot. The bill would require the person to show documents within six days that verify his or her identity and address, without which the vote would not be counted. The bill also specifies alternative way a voter who does not have a photo ID may satisfy the verification requirement.
