To establish that a recently enacted cap on the amount of acres the state can own (see Senate Bill 248) will remain in effect only until the state adopts a “strategic plan” for state land ownership. Also, to clarify that canoes and kayaks longer than 20 feet are included in a recent repeal of inspection mandates on rental canoes and kayaks (see House Bill 5164).
