The Michigan Voting Rights Act legislative package (SB 961-964) establishes comprehensive state-level protections against voting discrimination, enhances election transparency and accessibility, mandates language and disability assistance, and creates mechanisms for redress and data transparency, with funding and procedural safeguards to support equitable participation in Michigan's elections.
