A bill to prohibit certain individuals from entering into certain nondisclosure agreements; to provide for the powers and duties of certain state and local governmental officers and entities; and to provide civil sanctions.
Prohibits Michigan public employees and officers from entering into most nondisclosure agreements related to large data center projects, with certain legal exceptions, to promote transparency and accountability.
