A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled “The management and budget act,” by amending section 242 (MCL 18.1242), as amended by 2012 PA 430.
Expands Michigan's capital outlay planning requirements to include school districts and intermediate school districts on an opt-in basis, establishing a standardized process for submitting, reviewing, and approving five-year facility improvement plans.
