Mackinac Center Analysis
				The bill amends the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Act to amend penalties for safety violations on family farms. Currently, there is a penalty for not reporting a death or serious injury on a family farm that occurs to a family member. This makes for a common sense exemption.
