2012 Senate Bill 1022: Mandate state PILT payments

To require the state make “payments in lieu of (property) taxes” (PILT) to local governments on state-owned property in their jurisdictions on a timely basis as specified in the bill, and require the local tax assessing districts to get their PILT information to the county on a timely basis, with penalties on both for failure to do so.
