2011 Senate Bill 596: Revise teacher-student sex ban provisions

To make it a crime for a teacher, school official, employee or volunteer to have sex with a student even if the student is not a minor and it is consensual. Under current law, this is illegal only if the student is under 18.   Official Text and Analysis.
