A bill to amend 1993 PA 23, entitled "Michigan limited liability company act," by amending sections 105, 210, 211, and 1008 (MCL 450.4105, 450.4210, 450.4211, and 450.5008), sections 105 and 210 as amended by 2002 PA 686 and section 211 as amended by 2010 PA 290, and by adding section 210a.
