A bill to amend 1965 PA 203, entitled "Michigan commission on law enforcement standards act," by amending section 9e (MCL 28.609e), as added by 2018 PA 552.
Amends Michigan law to maintain active violence response training requirements for law enforcement licensure and introduces a new restriction barring individuals previously employed by certain federal immigration agencies during a specified period from obtaining licensure under section 9.
