A bill to prohibit certain elected officials from entering into certain nondisclosure agreements; and to provide for the powers and duties of certain state and local governmental officers and entities.
Prohibits elected officials and data center owners from entering into nondisclosure agreements regarding data center construction when tax incentives are involved, promoting transparency in public-private agreements. Part of a legislative package that includes HB 6135-6142.
