Senate Bills 713 and 714 strengthen Michigan’s oversight of online gaming and sports betting by imposing stricter advertising regulations, adding safeguards to protect minors, requiring responsible gambling disclosures, and establishing enforcement mechanisms to ensure more accountable marketing practices.
