A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled “Michigan election law,” by amending sections 795 and 795a (MCL 168.795 and 168.795a), section 795 as amended by 2018 PA 127 and section 795a as amended by 1998 PA 215.
Senate Bill No. 468 amends Michigan election law to prohibit, starting January 1, 2026, the use or approval of electronic voting systems containing parts from entities with FCC-listed covered communications equipment, thereby strengthening election security requirements.
