A bill to amend 1976 PA 331, entitled “Michigan consumer protection act,” by amending section 3 (MCL 445.903), as amended by 2022 PA 152, and by adding section 3p.
Amends the Michigan Consumer Protection Act to enhance consumer safety and transparency by requiring clear labeling of plumbing products containing lead and clarifying deceptive trade practices.
