Worker's compensation: benefits; time period an injured worker may seek treatment from the injured worker's own physician or provider; modify, and provide additional requirements for the payment of medical benefits.

A bill to amend 1969 PA 317, entitled “Worker’s disability compensation act of 1969,” by amending section 315 (MCL 418.315), as amended by 2014 PA 264.
