House Bill No. 5093 updates Michigan's hunting and fishing license system by increasing fees, introducing a new general fishing license and hatchery stamp for certain species, reallocating license revenues to fisheries, and expanding access and regulatory clarity for youth, disabled veterans, and individuals with developmental disabilities.
