A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled “Natural resources and environmental protection act,” by amending section 75102 (MCL 324.75102), as amended by 2020 PA 74.
The bill expands Michigan's dark sky preserves to include new areas and removes the ban on establishing such preserves in the Upper Peninsula.
