Higher education: other; prohibition on offering referrals for abortion services in pregnant and parenting student services offices; eliminate.

An act to amend 2004 PA 500, entitled “An act to create the pregnant and parenting student services fund; to provide grants to encourage certain institutions of higher education to establish and operate a pregnant and parenting student services office for pregnant and parenting students attending the institution; to prescribe the powers and duties of a pregnant and parenting student services office; and to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state departments,” by amending section 5 (MCL 390.1595).
