Modify telemedicine restrictions for Medicaid, other social welfare recipients

To establish that an individual on Medicaid or collecting medical-related social welfare benefits may “receive services provided by telemedicine from a health practitioner who is licensed (in Michigan) to engage in his or her health care profession in the state where the patient is located”.
