Mandate license for electric vehicle charging stations

To impose a license mandate on operators of electric vehicle charging stations. Companies that enter this business would have to maintain a Michigan office and apply for a license at the Michigan Public Service Commission (the current regulator of utilities and some other services), which would be responsible for establishing details of the license regulations, requirements and restrictions.
