Revise some small claims court details

To revise the law prescribing small claims court rules and procedures. Under current law courts must make available “instruction sheets clearly explaining in plain English how the small claims division functions and how to commence and defend an action.” The bill would require this information to be available electronically as well as at courts, and would also revise details of some procedures.
