Establish part time legislature and repeal term limits

To place before voters in the next general election a Constitutional amendment to repeal legislative term limits and replace the current full time legislature with a part time legislature that would meet for not more than 120 days in any two year term, and could meet only between mid January and April 30, and during September, unless recalled on an extraordinary occasions.
