To require school districts to maintain a voluntary special education parent registry. The registry would be for networking purposes for parents of special education students, and would contain the names and contact information for special education parents, and the names and contact information for special education teachers, school counselors, and school social workers employed by the school district. Inclusion on the registry would be voluntary for parents.
