2015 Senate Bill 56: Revise pay increase formula for judges

To index judges’ salary increases to increases in the salaries paid to executive level state civil service employees. The change would be prospective only, starting Jan. 1, 2016. According to the Senate Fiscal Agency, had it been in effect since 2011 judges' pay would now be around $12,000 higher than the current range of $138,272 to $151,404 depending on which level of court.   Official Text and Analysis.
