2021 Senate Joint Resolution D: Let legislature meet remotely during crisis

To place before voters in the next general election a constitutional amendment to permit the state House, Senate and their committees to conduct remote sessions and hearings electronically or telephonically during an emergency, defined as a public health crisis, an extreme weather situation, or “any other condition or occurrence that poses an imminent or existing threat to the safety and security” of the state Capitol building.   Official Text and Analysis.
