Let legislature meet remotely during crisis

To place before voters in the next general election a constitutional amendment to permit the state House, Senate and their committees to conduct remote sessions and hearings electronically or telephonically during an emergency, defined as a public health crisis, an extreme weather situation, or “any other condition or occurrence that poses an imminent or existing threat to the safety and security” of the state Capitol building.
