2021 House Bill 4076: Create process for changing current handicap logo

To require the state Civil Rights Commission to adopt “a variation of the current international symbol of accessibility” that must “depict a dynamic character leaning forward in a wheelchair with a sense of movement,” and “facilitate accessibility to a degree equivalent to the existing universal symbol of access.” The design would be prohibited from including any written words such as "handicapped”.   Official Text and Analysis.
