To mandate that new parking lots indicate spaces for persons with disabilities with blue or white signs at least 12 inches by 18 inches that have the handicapped logo proposed by House Bill 4076 “depicting a dynamic character leaning forward with a sense of movement.” Existing lots would have to use the proposed image whenever signs are replaced.. To mandate that new parking lots indicate spaces for persons with disabilities with blue or white signs at least 12 inches by 18 inches that have the handicapped logo proposed by House Bill 4076 “depicting a dynamic character leaning forward with a sense of movement.” Existing lots would have to use the proposed image whenever signs are replaced, and signs could not include the word "handicapped".
