Allow education savings account money use in private schools

To revise procedures for making withdrawals from a Michigan education savings program account so they conform with 2018 federal modifications, and with the proposal in Senate Joint Resolution F to repeal provisions of the 1970 “parochiad” constitutional amendment that banned state support to private and religious schools, including allowing individuals to claim an income tax deduction or credit for expenses incurred sending a child to non-public schools.
