2019 House Bill 4262: Revise minor “work permit” law for homeschoolers

To expand a law that requires a school-aged minor to get a work permit from a school district official in order to get a job (with a number of exceptions). The bill would extend to home-schooled students a requirement that their parent or guardian issue the required permit.   Official Text and Analysis.
